蒸发式冷凝器工作原理

蒸发冷凝器以水和空气作为冷却剂它主要利用部分水的蒸发带走工艺介质冷凝过程放出热量它的外壳为一个薄钢板和长方形精体内有冷凝排管组、淋水装皿、收水器底部设集水盘箱体外部设循环水泵箱体顶部装有轴流风机蒸发冷凝器工作时冷却水由水泵送到冷凝排管上部的喷嘴均匀地喷淋在冷却器外表面形成一层很薄的水膜高温工艺介质从冷凝排管上部进入被冷凝后的液体从下部流出喷淋到冷凝排管上的水吸收了高温工艺介质的热量后一部分蒸发变成水蒸汽其余落在下部集水盘内供水泵循环使用风机强制空气以3-5m/s速度通过冷凝排管促进水膜蒸发强化冷凝管外放热并使吸热后的水滴在落下过程中为空气所冷却蒸发过程中未被气化的水滴经上部收水器后回落到下部水箱中以减少水的消耗当
此外水箱内还设浮球阀当水不断地蒸发消耗水箱中的水水位过低时浮球阀就自动打开补充冷却水。
The evaporative condenser uses water and air as a coolant. It mainly uses some water to evaporate and removes the process medium. The condensation process releases heat. Its outer casing is a thin steel plate and a rectangular body with a condensing pipe group, a watering vessel, and a water collector. The bottom of the water collecting tray body is provided with an axial flow fan on the top of the circulating water pump box. The evaporating condenser is installed. The cooling water is sprayed by the pump to the upper part of the condensing pipe. The nozzle is evenly sprayed on the outer surface of the cooler to form a thin layer. The water film high-temperature process medium enters the condensed liquid from the upper part of the condensing pipe and flows from the lower part to the water discharged from the lower part of the condensing pipe, absorbs the heat of the high-temperature process medium, and then partially evaporates into water vapor and the rest falls on the lower water collecting tray. The internal water supply pump uses a fan to force air to pass through the condensing pipe at a speed of 3-5 m/s to promote evaporation of the water film to strengthen the heat release outside the condenser tube, and the water droplets after the heat absorption are cooled by the air during the evaporation process. The water droplets fall back into the lower tank through the upper water collector to reduce water consumption.
In addition, a float valve is arranged in the water tank. When the water is continuously evaporated, the float valve automatically opens the supplementary cooling water when the water level in the water tank is too low.

Low cost, long life, low maintenance cost, evaporative condenser, all stainless steel or galvanized steel pipe, hot diffused zinc, long running time, low maintenance cost, water-saving, water-cooled condenser, 1Kg of cooling water can take away 4.6-6.9W of heat and 1Kg of water is often used. The evaporation can take away 76W of heat and the theoretical water consumption of the evaporative condenser is only 5% of that of a typical water-cooled condenser. It is therefore particularly suitable for water-deficient areas.
